JDFF factory of DCI fittings is the latest edition joining AL JAZEA GROUP; it is the result of long and hard effort to establish a new and uniqueindustry in the Kingdom to overcome the increasing needs and the high demand of DCI fittings for Saudi market and the adjacent markets as well. 

JDFF factory is manufacturing DCI fittings using the technology and know-how provided by Keulahutte Krauschwitz, one of the oldest and biggest German companies in this field, through an agreement of cooperation.  Technical support, training and technology transfer.

JDFF factory produces high-quality fittings for ductile iron pipelines according to the ISO 2531, also complying the requirements of national and international standards for both DCI casting materials and surface protection. 

JDFF factory produces a full range socket and flagged fittings DN80 – 800mm., Tees, reducers, bends, collars and blank flanges PN 10, PN16 and PN25 epoxy and bitumen external coating, cerment moter internal lining are provided, optional epoxy lining and coating is also available on request.
